Bharat Sethi is a start-up enthusiast with special interest in understanding customer behaviour, e-commerce & retail design. He founded PosterGully in early 2012 as India's first fan merchandise store powered by designers. Since he's been integral in getting over 2.5 lakh unique users per month to the unique marketplace with unusually high conversion rate & gross margins. The company has become the default merchandise store within its target audience in a short span of time. It has currently 850 artists on board. Prior to UrbanClap, he was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, advising Fortune 500 companies across India, Germany and South East Asia. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
Niraj is a serial entrepreneur cum investor. He sold his first education startup to a listed edu-tech company after successfully running it for more than 4 years right after passing from IIT Delhi. For more than a year now, he is the founding partner of a seed-funding firm Outbox Ventures.
