About POPxo

POPxo is India's first and fastest growing community for young Indian women to read, watch, shop, discover and discuss the things they care most about. We create text stories, videos and graphic images (memes, quotes, etc.) that reached an audience of millions across:

  • 3,000,000 monthly unique visitors
  • 12,000 monthly active users on recently launched app
  • >1,000,000 followers and >46,000,000 outreach on FB
  • >100,000 followers on Instagram

We have traditionally focused on fashion, beauty and lifestyle content and have recently launched additional verticals in Hindi and wedding.


In her previous avatar, Namrata was, in no particular order, a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University and an MBA from London Business School. She is addicted to costume jewellery, Instagram, Pisco sours and 1930s screwball comedies

Obsessed with digital media and creating the "next big thing". Experienced in product management (for the news photography business in Reuters News Agency) and in commercial roles (as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs & J.P.Morgan).

Global-ish: half Swedish/ Quebecois, half-Indian. Born in Toronto, grew up in Sydney, worked mostly in London and now living in Delhi.
