At HelloMeets, we love offline events. Why? Because they’re fun, help us learn, provide great networking opportunities, and boost collaboration in the community. It’s really important for us that each person coming to our events has a positive experience. That’s why all attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees throughout the events.
We expect: all delegates, attendees, speakers, organizers and volunteers at any HelloMeets event to conform to the following Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. So be nice. Be cool and everyone’s happy!
To make clear what is expected, all delegates/attendees, speakers, exhibitors, organizers and volunteers at any HelloMeets event are required to conform to the following Code of Conduct.

All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Sexual and other exclusionary language and imagery is not appropriate for any event.
Be kind to others. Do not insult or put down other attendees/speakers/volunteers. Behave professionally. Remember that harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate for HelloMeets.
Attendees, sponsors, speakers, and staff violating these rules may be asked to leave the event/workshop without a refund at the sole discretion of the organizers.
Thank you for helping make our events welcoming & friendly for all.
